    • Develop sensitivity to the ways that levels of post-traumatic stress might be manifesting (not only in your team but in your own mind and body) and how to manage that stress.

    • Learn the fundamentals of what may be happening in the brain in moments of post-traumatic stress and how to manage a situation where you or a colleague might be experiencing a “trauma-response”.
