My career has taken me through higher education, learning and technology organizations, qualitative research, executive communications, and, more recently, to the evaluation of AI systems.
Across those settings, I keep returning to the same questions: How do people make sense of complexity? How do ideas shape decisions? What helps us think—and learn—well?
